1. Refund and Return Policy

At Smooche, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, we’re here to help.

Return Window
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • In its original packaging, with all tags, accessories and inserts
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

For hygiene and safety reasons, items that have been opened, used or removed from sealed packaging may not be eligible for return unless they arrived damaged or defective.

How to Start a Return
Email us at support@smooche-offer.store with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll reply with return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. In those cases, Smooche covers the return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or full refund.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm whether it’s approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need extra time to post the credit to your account.

Exchanges
If you’d like a different item, return the original following the steps above and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards and items purchased on final sale are not eligible for return.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or card issuer. If you still need help, contact us at support@smooche-offer.store.
